Because IBC orders need specs, quantities, and ZIPs that are easier to get right in writing. A written exchange means everyone has the price, the grade, and the delivery window on paper. Fewer mistakes, faster turnarounds, no hold music.
We're just off Avery Rd, a few minutes from the I-270 / US-33 interchange. Freight and will-call entrances are clearly marked. Forklift on site for unloading.

We ship across the lower 48 U.S. states with daily lanes through the Midwest and weekly consolidation lanes elsewhere. Cross-border into Canada (primarily Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba) is a regular part of our operating territory. See our transport & logistics page for the full lane map and lead-time estimates by region.

We commit to specific service-level targets across every inquiry:
The decision to operate without a customer service phone line is the most-asked question we get from new customers. The honest version of the answer.
IBC orders involve a lot of detail: quantity, grade, freight destination, contents history, special handling, payment terms. Capturing all of that on a phone call means repeating the conversation when the buyer's purchasing team has follow-up questions a day later, or when the operations team needs to verify the spec, or when the logistics team needs to confirm the destination. Email puts the spec on paper from the start, where it can be referenced by every team member who needs it.
We removed the phone number from the website in 2022. The first quarter was controversial — a small number of buyers genuinely wanted real-time conversations and bounced. The next three quarters showed measurable improvements in response time, quote accuracy, and customer satisfaction scores. We do not plan to put the number back.
The longer version of this story is on the blog: Why We Removed Our Phone Number (and What Happened Next).
We operate on Eastern Time (Dublin, Ohio is in the Eastern time zone). Our office and will-call hours are listed above. A few additional notes for customers coordinating across time zones or planning around holidays.
