Grades we stock
- Bottle Tight — visually clean, leak-tested. For non-hazardous, non-regulated storage.
- Wash — hot caustic interior wash, exterior pressure-cleaned. Suitable for many industrial liquids.
- Rebottle — original cage and pallet, new HDPE bottle. Like-new performance at a fraction of the new-unit cost.
- Reconditioned (UN-requalified) — full requalification cycle including pressure and leak testing. Hazmat-eligible per UN31HA1/Y.
- Food Grade — original contents documented as food-grade, washed to FDA standards.

- 275 gal Reconditioned, 6″ lid (vented), 2″ ball valve, composite pallet. The default configuration. Largest share of stock at any given time.
- 275 gal Reconditioned, 6″ lid (solid), 2″ butterfly valve, hardwood pallet. Common for ag and water-treatment distribution.
- 275 gal Rebottle, 6″ lid (vented), 2″ ball valve, composite pallet. When customers want like-new interior at lower-than-new pricing.
- 275 gal Food Grade Wash, 6″ lid (vented), 2″ ball valve with food-grade gasket, composite pallet. Seasonal; ask about availability.
- 275 gal New (virgin), 6″ lid (vented), 2″ ball valve, composite pallet. Always-available; specialty resin on lead time.
Frequently asked questions
Do all your 275s carry the UN31HA1/Y stamp? Our Reconditioned-grade and Rebottle-grade units do; Wash-grade and Bottle Tight units sometimes carry it from their original manufacture but are not requalified by us for hazmat duty under those grades.
How many fill cycles can a 275-gallon HDPE bottle support? Indefinite under normal industrial chemistry; we have seen bottles complete more than ten commercial fills across multiple owners with no functional degradation. The cage and valve are usually the first parts to need attention.
Can I get 275s with our company branding? Yes — typically as part of a closed-loop program. Label printing, sticker application, or branded cages are all possible at sufficient program volume. Talk to us.
What is the difference between "Reconditioned" and "Rebottle"? Reconditioned has the original bottle, washed and requalified. Rebottle has the original cage and pallet with a brand-new HDPE bottle installed. Same hazmat eligibility; different interior age.
