A failing valve doesn't justify a new tank. We stock the replacement parts that keep a serviceable IBC working — and ship them to fit virtually every common bottle and cage on the market.
Tell us what you need or what you have. We respond within one business day, every business day.

Don't see what you need? Send a photo of the failed part and the cage label — we carry adjacent-fit replacements for most legacy bottles.
Picking the wrong gasket material is one of the most common (and most expensive) procurement mistakes in IBC operations. Here is the short-form decision guide.
| If your product is... | Use this gasket | Avoid |
|---|---|---|
| Water-based, mild chemistry | EPDM | — |
| Hot water or steam-exposed | EPDM or silicone | NBR (nitrile) |
| Mineral acids (dilute) | EPDM or Viton | NBR |
| Mineral acids (concentrated) | PTFE | EPDM, NBR |
| Caustics (NaOH, KOH) | EPDM | Silicone (long-term) |
| Petroleum hydrocarbons | NBR or Viton | EPDM |
| Aromatic solvents (toluene, xylene) | Viton | EPDM, NBR |
| Chlorinated solvents | PTFE or Viton | EPDM, NBR |
| Food-grade applications | FDA-compliant silicone or EPDM | Standard EPDM (non-food) |
| High-purity / pharma | PTFE | All elastomers |
Most U.S. IBCs use a 2-inch S60×6 buttress thread between the bottle and the valve. That means most replacement valves are interchangeable across brands — but a few legacy bottles use proprietary threads. If you are unsure what your bottle thread is, send a photo of the valve seat and we will confirm fit before quoting.
For EPA RCRA compliance, secondary containment must hold 110% of the largest container or 10% of aggregate, whichever is greater. The practical math for IBC storage:
For products that thicken below a critical temperature (heavy oils, some surfactant concentrates, certain agricultural inputs), wraparound IBC heaters maintain product at a target temperature for safe transfer. Two common formats:
Do replacement valves come pre-installed? Replacement valves ship loose. Installation is a one-minute job with a strap wrench.
Do you ship to Canada? Yes — accessories ship cross-border with appropriate documentation.
What is the warranty on parts? 90 days against manufacturing defect; full refund on unused parts within 30 days.
Can I order parts for unusual or legacy bottles? Usually — we maintain a small inventory of legacy-fit gaskets, valves, and lids for older Schütz, Mauser, Greif, and Hoover bottles. Send a photo for confirmation.
We are a reconditioning company. We make our money on full-tank turn-around, not on ten-dollar gasket sales. So why do we maintain a parts catalog and stock common replacement items?
Because the philosophical commitment to keeping tanks in service for as long as possible means making it easy to fix problems that would otherwise scrap a unit. A tote with a leaking valve gasket is a tote that gets baled instead of refilled. A tote with a missing cam-lock cap is a tote that becomes a spill incident. The parts inventory is part of the reuse infrastructure, not a separate profit center.
For customers running their own warehouse tote fleets, we recommend keeping a small rotating inventory of common replacement parts on hand. A few dozen gaskets, a handful of replacement valves, and a stock of cam-lock caps will prevent more incidents than any after-the-fact response can clean up.
