Who we are

IBC Recycle USA is a referral service. This website collects quote requests for buying, selling, and recycling IBC totes and passes them to partner suppliers in our network, who prepare quotes.

What the form collects

When you submit the quote form, we receive the fields you fill in: first and last name, email, phone number, company, street address, city, state or province, ZIP or postal code, product type, service, quantity, timeframe, grade, message, and whether you agreed to text messages. We also receive the page you submitted from and, where available, how you arrived at the site (for example a referring page or campaign tag).

How your request is used

Your request is sent to the 1DB lead platform, which delivers it to partner suppliers in our network so they can prepare a quote and contact you about it. Partner suppliers handle your information under their own policies once they receive it. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Text messages

If you tick the text message box, a partner supplier may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Agreeing to texts is not required to submit a request.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses cookieless PostHog analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets no advertising cookies. The form keeps campaign details for your visit in your browser's session storage so they can be sent with your request.

Retention

Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle your quote and for reasonable record keeping, and then deleted.

Your choices

To ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion, send a request through the form on this site and say so in the message.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
