We do not operate regional warehouses. We operate one Ohio facility, with a national consolidation network behind it. Every shipment, regardless of destination, originates at our Dublin yard and routes through the lane that gets it closest to the customer dock at the lowest carbon and freight cost.
What "consolidation" means in practice
A truck running Dublin → Columbus → Indianapolis → Chicago might carry tanks for three or four customers, plus pick up empties from two more on the way back. Total mileage is the same as a direct trip; per-tank diesel is a fraction of what a single-customer direct truck would burn. Across our network, the median consolidated load runs above 85% trailer utilization.
Lane cadence by region
- Midwest (OH, IN, MI, KY, IL): daily lanes, 1–3 business day pickup, 2–5 business day delivery.
- Mid-Atlantic (PA, NY, NJ, MD, VA, WV, DE): 3–4x per week, 3–7 business day cycle.
- Northeast (MA, CT, RI, NH, ME, VT): weekly, 5–9 business day cycle.
- Southeast (TN, NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, MS, LA): weekly, 5–9 business day cycle.
- South Central + Plains (TX, OK, AR, KS, NE, ND, SD): weekly to bi-weekly, 5–14 business day cycle.
- Mountain West (CO, UT, AZ, NM, NV, MT, WY, ID): bi-weekly consolidation, 10–18 business day cycle.
- West Coast (CA, OR, WA): weekly, 7–12 business day cycle.
- Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri: 2–3x per week, 4–6 business day cycle.
Cross-border (Canada)
We ship into Ontario, Quebec, and Manitoba on a regular cadence (twice per week typical). Customs documentation is handled in-house. Add 2–3 business days to the equivalent U.S. lead time.
What we do not currently ship to
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories are quoted case by case rather than served by standard lanes. The freight economics often do not work for standard programs, but a one-off shipment is possible if the volume justifies it.
Why customers in 48 states use our service.
The advantage of a single national reconditioner over a network of regional players is not always obvious. The customers who come to us tend to land on the same handful of reasons.
Consistent grading across every shipment
Whether you receive tanks in Cincinnati or in Tacoma, every unit has been graded against the same rubric, washed under the same protocols, and inspected by the same team. Customers running multi-site operations particularly value this: the tank that arrives at Plant A in Texas is functionally identical to the one that arrives at Plant B in Pennsylvania.
One contract, one invoice, one reporting cadence
Multi-state customers do not have to coordinate three different reconditioners with three different SOPs and three different invoice formats. A single relationship covers the country.
Audited carbon accounting
Our diversion tonnage and CO₂e reporting is consistent across the whole footprint. For sustainability teams, that means the carbon number on the report is a single coherent figure rather than a sum of partial reports from different reconditioners using different methodologies.
